How is my data protected?
Your data is very safe with us. We do daily backups and we use industry-standard SSL to keep your account and data safe. We do not store sensitive credit card information on our servers. We use Stripe to process any payments. You are the only one who has access to your account and data.
Will I be locked in a contract if I signup?
Definitely not. With Inteleagent you can choose to pay monthly or annually. If you decide to pay annually you will get a generous discount however, you will not be locked in a contract. If you decide to downgrade at any time, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave Inteleagent?
If you decide to leave Inteleagent we’ll be sad, but you will be able to export your data. Inteleagent lets you export your students’, partners and courses data in csv format. You can do it yourself in Inteleagent, or get in touch with us and we’ll help you.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Absolutely not. We do not charge a cancellation fee if you decide to leave Inteleagent. We will be sad, but we love our customers, even if they leave us, and we will even assist you with anything you need in case you decide to leave.
Can I customize Inteleagent to suit my needs?
Yes, you can. Many Inteleagent features are customisable, including the applications pipeline, predefined tasks, and notifications. Many of our customers customize Inteleagent to suit their own education or migration agency needs.
Can I connect with schools in Inteleagent?
Not at this stage. Inteleagent’s focus is to assist education agents improve their performance, therefore we focus on releasing features that will help education agents centralise communications, collaborate and move applications faster through their pipeline.
Is training available?
Absolutely. We love interacting with our education agencies. This is the reason we exist. We built Inteleagent to be easy to use however, if you need training, we are more than happy to organise it for you, wherever in the world you are. Just get in touch with us and we’ll organise it for you.
Is the system in more than one language?
At the moment we only support English however, we would love to translate it in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarine for our customers. If you can help us, get in touch with us.
